Glooby collects information from you when you use our website, where some may be personal data. It can for example be when you register a user with us, then we ask for your name and email.

If you choose to register an account at Glooby we collect your email, passwords and other information you register. If you choose to log in and register through social media such as Facebook you agree that we use and store the information that is tied to the account.

Glooby does not require you to enter any personal information to search on the website, nor when you are conveyed to one of our partners or suppliers.

Glooby uses personal information in order to improve our website and services. We do it to understand the users, our website and our services. In order to protect what is ours and to prevent it from being damaged. Glooby also uses personal information for the following purposes:

How we store and protect your personal information

Gloobys servers and data centers are located in Sweden and the UK. Our suppliers may be placed there but also in other countries. By providing us personal information, you agree that your personal information may be transferred and stored in these countries. These countries may have different and/or less stringent privacy/data protection rules than in your own country. As a result your personal information may be required by the courts or the police in accordance with the laws of those countries. Subject to the applicable laws in these countries, we will provide what is needed to maintain the protection of your personal information such as by contractual commitments based on the EU model contractual clauses.

Glooby has a security program in order to preserve the personal data stored in our systems protected from unauthorized access and misuse. Our systems are configured with data encryption, or scrambling technologies and firewalls also designed according to industry regulations. We also use SSL technology that protects the data you send over the internet. Personal information may only be accessed by people within our organization or our third-party vendors who need access for the uses listed in this Privacy Policy.
